Description: I raise 2 fingers in the air and a Blue light starts to Shine Brightly, Then i lower my fingers and point them at the enemy, and Blue chains with lightning surronds the enemy, this renders the useless, and if i choose i can blow up the chains and Damage the enemy...

| I would say it's Bakudo and the cooldown/duration are a no go.The duration shouldn't be longer than the cooldown with this sort of thing.Fix that and it seems like a rank 65 or so. | |
