Description: This is simple.....Isane cuts her palm then the cero is charged like normal..them pushed to it's limits like the Tsukkomi bi-mu cero. Then Isane releases the cero but instead of a beam that a normal cero is it comes out in a series of four pulses.(The cero is black hence the name. ^.^)The pulses are used to either
1 attack at close range or
2 block kido/cero...Normal Cero and the Tsukkomi bi-mu cero..Kido only up to a vice captain's cap.
Cool down:Can only use twice per battle and it takes 1 post to charge.
PS (I also want a perm. Black cero based on my char.s appearence and what not..nothing special to it or w/e just black)

Seems fine to me , and you can have a black cero if you want, color doesn't matter
